Ford Silverado Police Car

I saw this Police SUV parked on the Santa Monica pier. Later it was cruising on the sand. Notice the low pressure in the tyres and the beach rescue equipment: board, spine board, winch. Most of the police cars here seem to have these big kick-arse bumpers on them, too.
