NAA B-25 Mitchell M-464 Dutch Air Force 2015

This Mitchell appears to have the remnants of a pentagon on the uppur side of the port wing. Could this airframe have been recovered from the Indionesians? That would make a certain amount of sense, it could have been handed over by the Dutch East Indies at Indonesian independance.
